  • Commercial Services

    Yes, Bark Brigade is equipped to handle commercial properties and has experience working with property management companies. We offer tailored services and competitive pricing for commercial contracts. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and receive a personalized quote.

  • Do I need to be home during the service?

    We love to meet our clients and their dogs to not only get acquainted as well as discuss your yard and the service.  We also understand you cant be everywhere at once. So, You do not need to be present for the service as long as we have access to your yard. We can schedule the service even if you're not home, ensuring a convenient experience for our customers. But please note if we arrive and cannot access the yard, you will still be billed for the service.


    But also, If your pet is out and friendly, we don't mind playing fetch while we service your yard. We will always secure all gates and communicate "Mission Accomplished" at the completion of service.

  • What is your pricing structure?

     Our pricing is based on the size of your property and the frequency of service. We offer competitive rates and transparent pricing. For ALL properties both residential or commercial clients, we provide custom quotes based on specific needs identified through request form. Please answer each question so we can provide our 5-star quality tailored service.


    Once we receive your completed request form, you will receive a quote for all selections that you made on your form. If you are signing up for recurring services, your quote will include our initial cleaning pricing as well as the monthly cost for weekly scooping services. 

  • How often should I schedule pet waste removal service?

    It depends on your specific needs and the size of your property. We offer flexible scheduling options, including weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time service. Our team can help you determine the ideal frequency based on your requirements.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic bank transfers. 

    Once we receive your completed request form, you will receive a quote for all selections that you made on your form. 


    If you are signing up for recurring services, your quote will include our initial cleaning pricing as well as the monthly cost for weekly scooping services. Payment is typically processed with a deposit after the service is completed, and we provide electronic receipts for your records.

  • How am I billed?

    You will receive all invoices through our secure client portal, Jobber, where we accept debit and credit card payments. If you sign up for a weekly poop scooping service after the initial scoop, you will be pre-billed on the day that you start weekly services. For all recurring/weekly services we require you to save a debit or credit card on file for easy, automatic billing each month.

We go the extra mile to ensure we do not cross contaminate yards, and follow a disinfection process after every cleaning. You can have peace of mind knowing that we use only safe and effective solutions.

    Absolutely. We understand that every property is unique, and we are happy to accommodate any special requests or follow specific instructions you may have. Just let us know your requirements, and we will tailor our service accordingly. At the bottom of our request form is where you can inform us of any other requests.


  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    Scheduling an appointment with Bark Brigade is quick and easy. Completly fill out one of our Request forms and identify the services and needs of property. We will quickly generate a qoute and send to you for approval. Your secure your deposit through secured client portal, Jobber, where we accept debit and credit card payments.     The duration of the service depends on the size of your property and the specific services requested. As a general guideline, our team efficiently completes the pet waste removal process in a timely manner, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail.

  • Can I request additional services apart from pet waste removal?

    Absolutely. In addition to our pet waste removal services, we offer additional treatments such as sanitation and odor control, pet spot treatments, and pest control. These services are already added to some packages, and can be added to your other packages, or availed separately. Contact us to discuss your specific needs. We love to be transparent and provide our clients with clear communication and excellent service.

  • What happens if I need to reschedule, inclement weather, or cancel an appointment?

    We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative date or adjust your service accordingly.


    Our Technicians work rain or shine. However, in the chance there is severe weather, we will either try our best to reschedule your service for another day in the week or continue the following week on your designated service day. 


    You will receive an email or text to notify you if we need to skip a service visit. If severe weather continues through the week, your service will resume on your next scheduled service date.

  • How can I get free cleanings and services from Bark Brigade?

    By referring our services to others! For every two clients that purchase a service and mention your name as the referral, we will show our appreciation by providing you with a free service call. It's our way of having your six for having ours! We also welcome reviews and pictures sent to our email at Hello@BarkBrigade, or through Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp. Share your experience and help us expand our battlefront!

  • Do you have more questions?

    If you are one of our residental customers, you can cancel service at any time. Please note that if you decide to resume poop scooping services after 2+ weeks without a clean up, you will be charged the initial $50 cleaning fee again before resuming weekly scooping services. 


    For our commercial customers, we do require a contract.
