Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to

Pet Waste Removal Services from Bark Brigade.

BARK BRIGADE PET WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE (as of 07/2023)


Introduction:

Bark Brigade, LLC. is an independently owned and operated business that offers pet waste removal services to residential and commercial properties. By availing Bark Brigade's services, you agree to the following terms of service; that govern the sales and services provided by Bark Brigade. Your acceptance of our services  and signed quotes serve as agreement to these Terms.


Service Considerations:

Our ability to provide the Services may depend on factors such as weather, grass conditions, yard access (your responsibility), and external influences beyond our control. We always communicate any changes ahead of service.


Billing:

For recurring weekly services, Bark Brigade requires you to securely save a debit or credit card on our client portal, Jobber, for automatic monthly payments. This ensures seamless payment and timely compensation for our services. We aim to avoid chasing payments for completed services.


We pre-bill monthly for our services (4-week Cycle). Your initial invoice will be collected on the first day of service. Subsequent charges and recurring invoices are accessible 24/7 via the  client portal through Jobber, and are automatically charged monthly. Non-payment or declined payments will result in immediate service discontinuation until payment is received. Resuming services after a lapse of more than 30 days may incur additional charges determined by accumulation of waste.


One Time Cleanings:

For single cleanings, a deposit of $50 secures your appointment time, with the remaining cost billed after service completion. Additional Bags $10 per trash bag/bucket[20 gal]. Payment is due within 24 hours. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $50 is mandatory to secure your slot. Canceling within 48 hours forfeits the deposit. Customer presence is not essential for service, but may be required in specific situations. Delays beyond 30 days lead to account referral to collections.


Recurring Service Cleanings:
An initial cleanup fee may be added if the amount of accumulated waste exceeds [20 gal], however the quoted rate will be invoiced monthly throughout servicing; please note adding or removing services should be communicated through email / barkbrigadeva@gmail.com. Customer presence is not essential for servicing as long as Operators have access to service areas; but we love interacting with you and your dogs when possible.


Quotes are based on your provided details please be thorough so we can better serve and execute your specific needs.


Yard Access:

Inaccessible areas on service days due to locked gates, blockages, or dogs may incur skipped service of that area or location all together.


Dogs in Yard:

Dogs must be inside during service for Operator safety, however we love to meet and interact with our "real clients," and don't mind playing fetch or saying "Hi" as we service the property. If familiar with the dog(s), they can remain outside during the visit - Owners assuming risk and responsibility in the event of an Operator bitten during servicing. If unacquainted dogs are present on service day, we cannot proceed, and that days' servicing is forfeited .


Yard Maintenance:

Maintaining your yard aids effective cleanup. Fallen leaves and tall grass can obscure waste. We strive to clean thoroughly, but hidden waste is hard to collect. Proper yard upkeep is vital for our safety. Overgrowth obscuring visibility may result in skipped service or missed "lawn-mines".


Weather Considerations:

We work through rain when safe. Extreme weather or flooding postpones service until conditions improve. No refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Services resume the following week. Muddy conditions might lead to skipped visits.


Holidays & Vacations:

On federal holidays, service shifts to the next scheduled day. We take 2-3 weeks off yearly for rest. Invoices remain monthly, however we may move servicing to both cover servicing and accommodate vacations and unforeseen emergencies.


Marketing Material:

Clients permit using images of services, dogs, etc., for marketing unless otherwise agreed. We will always protect client identity and may alter raw images to hide identifying markers to names, addresses, etc.


Privacy Policy:

We collect personal information for service provision. Your data is for internal use, not shared or sold to third parties. We may share info with service providers or law enforcement as needed.


Revisions:

These Terms are subject to change without notice. Continued service usage implies acceptance of updates. Some provisions might be superseded by notices on our website.
